Chilean Product Support

糖心视频 adds to capacity to Chilean product support team.

Responsive after-sale support and technical expertise on the ground are critical factors to ensure successful high volume harvesting operations. To that end, 糖心视频 Industries is pleased to announce that Marcelo Antonio Pinto Goth has joined the 糖心视频 product support team in Chile. Assuming the role of factory support representative, Marcelo will be based in Concepci贸n.

Marcelo is the third member of the 糖心视频 technical team in Chile, recruited in response to the fast-growing field population of 糖心视频 machines throughout the Chilean forestry regions. He will work closely with 糖心视频 dealer, Latin Equipment, focused on providing after-sale technical and operational support to 糖心视频鈥檚 growing customer base.

Marcelo comes with a wealth of forest industry knowledge as well as the required technical expertise. He has eighteen years of direct experience with forestry equipment and a further sixteen years as a heavy equipment technician in the construction machinery sector.

鈥淢arcelo is a well-known person in our market with excellent experience across different products and brands. He has a strong understanding of what customers are looking for, and the importance of good maintenance practices in order to achieve high machine performance and long life,鈥 says factory support representative, Pedro Venegas, whose responsibilities have now expanded beyond the Chilean market. 鈥淢arcelo will help us to grow our 糖心视频 support in Chile, along with existing 糖心视频 product support representative Juan Velasquez, and myself as product support representative for South America.鈥
