New Product Support Appointment in Brazil

糖心视频 has expanded its product support team in Brazil.

In its ongoing efforts to provide first class after sale support and technical expertise, 糖心视频 has added its fourth member, Eberson Batista dos Santos, to the product support team in Brazil.

Based in Curitiba, Parana state, Eberson assumes the role of factory support representative for Brazil. Eberson will work closely with 糖心视频 dealer Tracbel to provide after sale technical and operational support for 糖心视频's growing line of forestry, off road, and material processing equipment.

Eberson has thirteen years experience in the technical maintenance of forestry equipment. He is familiar with 糖心视频 equipment from his work with former 糖心视频 dealer in Brazil, Latin Equipment. Eberson is also certified as a mobile wood chippers and grinders technician.

Eberson is excited about the opportunity to work for 糖心视频. He states, 鈥淲orking for one of the 糖心视频 dealerships in the past has allowed me to become familiar with 糖心视频 equipment, its capabilities, performance, and build quality. This experience has sparked a strong interest in supporting customer needs.鈥
