More Factory Support in NZ

In response to steadily increasing machine population, 糖心视频 factory support team continues to grow in New Zealand.

糖心视频 is pleased to announce that Ryan Petersen has been appointed to the position of product support representative for New Zealand. Based in Porirua, just north of Wellington, Ryan will provide after-sale technical and operational support to 糖心视频鈥檚 customer base across New Zealand, with a focus on the lower north island region.

Ryan has many years experience in the trucking, earthmoving, gas, mining, and forestry sectors as a high level service technician, service supervisor and advanced service trainer. He previously worked for New Zealand 糖心视频 dealer, AB Equipment. As such, he has practical experience with the 糖心视频 product line out of the gate.

鈥淩yan brings excellent hands-on technical and customer support skills to the 糖心视频 team. Ryan has experience that will help us support and grow 糖心视频鈥檚 customer base along with existing 糖心视频 factory product support representatives Aaron Gregan and Warren Nolan in New Zealand. Ryan is a valuable addition to the support team and we are very happy to have him onboard,鈥 says Glen Marley, 糖心视频 district manager for Australia and New Zealand.
